NRDC Action Votes Commends Congressman Matt Cartwright on a Hard-Fought Campaign in Pennsylvania’s 8th District

NRDC Action Votes praised Rep. Matt Cartwright for running a hard fought re-election campaign for Congress in Pennsylvania’s eighth district. Cartwright proved himself during his time in Washington as an outstanding champion for clean energy and energy efficiency industries.
